TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Payment:

  • We accept Bank Transfer or Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal through our website.
  • Cash accepted only on collection of boiler.

Warranty:

  • The Daxom Boilers come with a 2 years warranty, extendable to five years. T&C apply.
  • The boiler warranty starts from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty covers any manufacturing faults/defects within the boiler within 2 years from the start of warranty.

Delivery:

  • Orders placed and paid before by noon will be delivered next day with exception to Highlands and Islands.
  • Boilers are delivered by Pallet Line and signature is required at the time of delivery. Our boilers are shipped on a pallet. The delivery is curb side.
  • Delivery is between 8am-5pm (working day).

Returns & Refund policy:

  • Boilers can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchased for refund less shipping.
  • Boilers have to be returned in there original packaging.
  • Refund will be subject to inspection and 20% re-stocking charge may apply.
  • Boilers that have been installed cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Boilers returned damaged or in un-sellable condition cannot be refunded.

Warranties, guarantees and compliance documentation

  • The energy consumption on the property will be directly correlated to the usage of all the electrical appliances in the property, how well insulated the property is, the heat-loss prevention measures applied and how well they are observed by the property occupants. Because of the different energy tariffs in the market, the cost of energy consumption in any particular property will vary and Daxom UK Ltd will not provide any estimation of energy usage and or  cost of any singular property.
