Our compact electric combi boiler will meet both your heating and hot water needs. This device operates on full modulation with the principle of heating water by electrical energy, that is to say it gives both comfort and safety. With a stylish digital touch screen display and control board, users are able to set the temperature for their heating between 35ºC and 80ºC and the domestic water temperature between 30ºC and 55ºC. The hot water flow rate is up to 6.9 Litres per minute.
The small dimensions of this compact electric combi boiler means you can install it almost anywhere in the property, as no flue or external wall is needed.
Daxom Compact Electric Combi Boiler Single Phase 12 kW
Is this 12kW electric combi boiler right for your property?
This compact 12kW model is designed for smaller properties where both central heating and domestic hot water are required without an integrated storage cylinder. It is a 230 V single-phase appliance, modulates from 2kW to 12kW and is specified for hot water delivery of up to 6.9 litres per minute.
Before choosing a 12kW electric combi boiler, the property’s heat loss and available electrical capacity should be checked. Hot water demand matters too: households needing a larger reserve of hot water should compare this compact model with the 12kW electric combi boiler with 50L cylinder or the larger floor-standing cylinder models.

I refurbished a bungalow mid 2020 that had oil fired central heating that needed replacing , I wanted to go for a greener solution found the Daxom Boilers online and since then never looked back, really great product, simple installation, tied into all my old pipe work , I put it into my loft space, no need for a flue pipe, no annual servicing, and help on the phone for any queries, anytime you need it. About a quarter of the cost of a new oil boiler .Great

I have the boiler since April 2020. The boiler is electric, therefor no annual gas service certificated nor service needed. The boiler works great and has a good flow rate of hot water. The heating also works well. As this is my first electric boiler I cannot fault it. Very good quality product and excellent customer service.

Had the Boiler installed to one of the flats it has replaced an oil boiler so no need to fill up with oil in advance , it’s set up to work on a room thermostat and proving to be very economical and efficient, the green solution. Top notch support if you have any questions. Thanks Daxom!

Just had our 12Kw Combi boiler serviced and it passed with flying colours. After the first full year of operation I’m absolutely thrilled with its performance. If your thinking about going electric I’d strongly recommend this product.
