12kW Electric Combi Boiler With 120L Cylinder
This 12kW floor-standing electric combi boiler provides central heating and domestic hot water with an integrated 120-litre cylinder. It uses full modulation and has a digital touchscreen control panel. Heating water temperature can be set between 35°C and 80°C, and domestic hot water temperature between 30°C and 65°C. The stated hot water flow rate is up to 13 litres per minute.
This floor standing electric combi boiler with a 120 litre inbuilt cylinder modulates between 2 and 12 kW. Modulation provides both comfort and savings for the user. The dimensions of this electric boiler means it can be installed in suitable locations, subject to electrical supply, clearances and the manufacturer’s installation requirements; no flue is required.

Frequently asked questions | 12 kW Daxom Model comparison
Compare Daxom 12kW electric combi boilers
Choose the compact model for hot water without an integrated cylinder, or compare the 50L, 80L and 120L models for built-in hot water storage.
- 12kW compact boiler (no cylinder)
- 12kW boiler with 50L cylinder
- 12kW floor-standing boiler with 80L cylinder
Three selectable capacities in one 12kW boiler – P1, P2 and P3
P1 = 4kW, P2 = 8kW and P3 = 12kW. Choose the maximum heating output to match the property’s calculated heating demand. Unlike the compact instantaneous combi, this boiler heats domestic hot water through a coil in its integrated storage cylinder, so cylinder reheating can also operate at the selected P1, P2 or P3 capacity. At a lower setting, reheating may take longer.
Potential benefit for properties with limited electrical capacity: selecting P1 or P2 can reduce the boiler’s operating electrical demand, which may make installation possible in some properties with a 60A or 80A incoming supply. Neither supply rating alone guarantees suitability: a qualified electrician must verify the available capacity alongside other household loads, protective devices, wiring, and the manufacturer’s requirements. The boiler should be commissioned to the appropriate setting and the installation assessed for its permitted maximum demand.
Important distinction: the 12kW compact instantaneous combi requires full 12kW output for domestic hot water, whereas Daxom models with integrated 50L, 80L or 120L cylinders can heat stored water using the selected capacity setting.
