The UKDAX-36ETT is a 36kW three-phase electric boiler designed to heat water circulating through a compatible wet central-heating system. This is a heating-only model: it does not produce domestic hot water for taps, showers or baths. A separate appropriate hot-water system is required if domestic hot water is needed.

Does the UKDAX-36ETT supply domestic hot water?

No. The 36kW UKDAX-36ETT is for a compatible wet central-heating system only and does not heat domestic water for taps, showers or baths. A separately designed domestic hot-water solution is required where needed.

Who should specify a 36kW three-phase electric boiler?

A qualified heating professional and electrician should establish the design heat loss, available three-phase electrical capacity, circuit requirements, hydraulic design, controls and commissioning arrangements. P1, P2 and P3 heating output settings

The UKDAX-36ETT can be set to three maximum heating-capacity levels: P1 = 12kW, P2 = 24kW, or P3 = 36kW. These are three selectable maximum heating outputs in one boiler, allowing the chosen capacity to match the property’s calculated heating demand and available three-phase electrical capacity. A qualified professional must confirm three-phase supply capacity, other electrical loads, circuit design and the manufacturer’s requirements, following the Daxom installation and user manual and advice from qualified professionals. A lower capacity setting does not mean the mains supply or protective devices can automatically be undersized: the installer must verify the complete electrical requirements.
